Bathrooms and water lines
Plumber quotation
Quote CPVC lines, fittings, a bathroom set, and labour the way plumbing contractors send it. Sample rates for one bathroom — edit them.
A plumbing quotation should separate pipe, fittings, sanitary ware, and labour. The client often already bought the commode. If your rate still includes it, the comparison with another plumber looks dishonest.

What is a plumber quotation?
A plumber quotation prices the water and waste lines, the fittings, the sanitary ware if you supply it, and the labour to conceal, fix, and test. The client has often already bought the commode. If your rate still includes it, the comparison with another plumber looks dishonest.
Write one bathroom so a second bathroom is a change of quantity, not a new kind of quote.
What should a plumber quotation include?
Pipe by size and length, a fittings allowance you can explain, and the sanitary set only if you are buying it. Labour for concealing, fixing, and testing is its own line. Say who supplies the ware before you send the PDF.
Put exclusions in the terms: civil chasing, tiles, and the geyser, if those are not yours. The sample is one attached bathroom, plumber supplying the pipe, client supplying the fittings.
Plumber pricing methods
Per bathroom
Fine when the layout is ordinary. A second similar bathroom is mostly the same lines with a new quantity.
Per point
Add a point line for an extra health faucet, a geyser point, or a long terrace run that a bathroom rate did not assume.
Labour + material
Pipe and fittings at the rate you charge, labour separate. The client can see the material they asked you to upgrade.
Client-supplied ware
Leave the commode, mixer, and shower out when they already bought them. Add those lines only if you are purchasing them.
Chasing as extra
If cutting the wall and making good are not yours, the quotation should say so. Do not let that work hide inside the bathroom rate.
Sample plumber quotation
| CPVC 3/4 inch pipe | 50 ft · sample | ₹2,250 |
| Fittings and valves | Allowance · sample | ₹1,800 |
| Nahani trap and waste line | 1 bathroom · sample | ₹900 |
| Labour, conceal and fix | 1 bathroom · sample | ₹4,500 |
Client-supplied sanitary ware is not in this sample. Add it as a line if you are buying it.
How to create a plumber quotation
1. Start in the browser
Note who supplies the sanitary ware before you add lines. Then enter pipe, fittings, and labour separately.
2. Replace the sample rates
The numbers on this page are examples, not a price list. Type the quantity, unit, and rate you actually charge in your city. Add GST only if this job is taxed.
3. Preview the PDF, then send it
You can build the quotation without an account. Sign in with Google when you want the PDF, a WhatsApp file, or the job saved to your account.
Questions
Should I quote per bathroom or per point?
Per bathroom is fine when the layout is ordinary. Add a point line for an extra health faucet, a geyser point, or a long terrace run.
Who pays if the wall has to be cut?
Say so in the terms. If chasing and making-good are extra, the quotation should not look like they are included.
Can I add a material list for the shop?
Yes. A material list sits beside the client quotation so the purchase at the sanitary shop can be checked off.
